Reel 02 — The programme

Two departments.
One crew.

The build: websites and software. The premiere: the marketing that gets them seen. Book one, or book both and skip the hand-off.

01 — The build

Websites

Typical runtime 3–8 weeks

Your website is usually the first thing people judge you by. We make sure it holds up — on a phone, on a slow connection, and in Google.

  • Strategy & sitemapWhat the site needs to do, who it's for, and what goes on every page.
  • Custom designDesigned for your brand from scratch. No themes with your logo dropped in.
  • DevelopmentFast, accessible, built to rank. Clean code you own.
  • A CMS you'll actually useEdit pages, posts and products without calling us.
  • Online storesShopify or custom checkout, subscriptions, wholesale.
  • Hosting & careUpdates, backups, uptime monitoring and small fixes each month.
  • New businesses
  • Redesigns
  • Landing pages
  • E-commerce

02 — The build

Software

Typical runtime 6–16 weeks

Spreadsheets, group chats and copy-paste between five tools are a sign. We build the thing that replaces them, around how your team really works.

  • ScopingWe sit with the people who'll use it before anyone opens a code editor.
  • Web apps & dashboardsBooking, scheduling, quoting, tracking — whatever runs your day.
  • Customer portalsLet clients check status, pay invoices and grab documents on their own.
  • Integrations & automationCRMs, payments, accounting, SMS and the APIs that tie them together.
  • SupportHosting, monitoring and a real person to call when something breaks.
  • Internal tools
  • Client portals

Marketing

Runtime Month to month

A good site nobody visits is a very nice secret. We put it in front of the people most likely to buy, and we show you exactly what that cost and what it brought in.

  • Paid searchGoogle Ads built around the searches that turn into customers.
  • Paid socialMeta, Instagram and TikTok campaigns, creative included.
  • SEOTechnical fixes, local search, Google Business and content that ranks.
  • Content & socialShort video, photography direction, posts that sound like you.
  • Email & SMSWelcome flows, win-backs and launches that keep people coming back.
  • ReportingOne page a month, in plain English: spend, results, what we're changing.
  • Launches
  • Local businesses
  • E-commerce
  • Lead generation

Tonight only (and every night)

The double
feature.

Feature one

The build

A website or app designed with the campaign already in mind — the landing pages, tracking and offers ready before launch day.

Feature two

The premiere

Ads, search and email run by the same people who built the thing, so when something needs to change on the site, it just changes.

Book both and you get one brief, one team and one monthly report — and nobody pointing at another agency when the numbers dip.

Questions

Before you
ask.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the site has to do. A focused marketing site and a store with subscriptions are different projects. After a short call we send a fixed quote, so the number doesn't move halfway through.

Do I own the site and the code?

Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting account, the ad accounts and the analytics are all in your name. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

Can you work with a site we already have?

Usually, yes. We'll take a look first and tell you honestly whether it's worth improving or cheaper to rebuild.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

No fixed minimum, but we'll tell you up front if a budget is too small to learn anything useful. Better to say that than spend your money proving it.

Do you only work with businesses in South Carolina?

We're based in Columbia and love working with local businesses, but we work with clients anywhere. Calls, screen shares and a shared project board work fine across time zones.
